Childhood
Ellen was born in the 1970s, a time when many children were discovering their creative talents. For Ellen, it was drawing that captured her attention from an early age. She spent countless hours with pencils and paper. Patterns and colors of the 70's also are an influence in her work.

Education
In 1996 Ellen graduated in LUCA school of Arts in Ghent Belgium, with a Master degree Graphic Design - Illustration Art.

Woody ellen bags 2013-2023
Woody Ellen
In 2013 she created her own wearable art business named Woody Ellen Bags, creating custom paintings on wood panels and then transforming her paintings into pieces of wearable art. With this she conquered a place in vintage fashion.
